CEMSA's headquarters are located in Cornellà, near Barcelona, on a surface of 6,000 m2. They house the company's central operations: The President, General Management, administrative departments, sales, export, as well as research and development. The same building houses industrial installations in charge of manufacturing the different kinds of depilating wax. The headquarters also house specific areas such as packaging and transport.

In addition to functionality provided by its location, CEMSA building is near exit number 15 of the surrounding beltways of Barcelona, fast highways to the airport, to the Catalan capital of Barcelona and its metropolitan areas as well as connections to all main highways. This greatly facilitates transportation from and to any destination or origin.

The facilities at CEMSA's headquarters have been designed to offer optimal work conditions for all departments, for space and environmental comfort as well as technical means and auxiliary equipment. The laboratories are proof that these principals are applied to the development of products.
